4/18/2008:

                 we here at Serpent Movement Recordings are sad to announce that we are 100% SOLD OUT of the Shrew Florist CDr "SNAP".  of course, this was soon to happen, as the release was a specially limited one, having a run of only 12 copies.  expect it to pop somewhere else soon/eventually, as it's one of our favorite albums!  the other Shrew Florist special limited release that came out at the same time - the album "the Wire Storm" - is still *slightly* available, as we are down to the last 2 copies.  of course, that one, too was very limited, and was a run of 17 copies.  we hope you that got copies are enjoying the Shrew-ness!!!

                 Serpent Movement Recordings has released 2 totally unannounced and VERY limited Shrew Florist CDrs!  the first album, limited to 17 copies, is called "the Wire Storm", and the second is the limited to 12 album "SNAP"!  these 2 releases are out now to celebrate Shrew Florist's upcoming set at the International Noise Conference - San Francisco Version!  you can find more info about that at Shrew's own site, found here: www.shrewflorist.com !!!  get in on this quick and get some copies of these noise monsters!!!  $3 each, or $4 for BOTH!  free shipping in the USA, any non-USA orders must add $2 to the final total.

                 Serpent Movement Recordings would like to announce the release of our very first music of 2007 (yeah, we're really late, we know and are very sorry.....),  the new E Yard album "ACID FALLS".  this release is the first in what we hope will be a long line of professional CDrs, with pro printed insert, etc.  this SUPER COOL new release is limited to a run of 100 pro CDr copies, and they are packaged in a slimcase with a full color 2-sided card as an insert.  here's the cover image from E Yard's "ACID FALLS", our very first pro CDr release!:

                 E Yard's newest album is a mix of noisy, mellow, spacey, and abstract moody tunes.  it is a perfect album for fans of harsh noise who also like other genres of experimental music - in this case mostly electro-acoustic with some noisy forms of ambient pulses and rumbles.  this is an album that doesn't try to hone in on one sound, it's more intended as a collection of music lead by changing moods.  you might like it.........you might not.......it really doesn't matter - 'cause we all here think it's awesome!
